變壓器油中氣體檢測的方法有哪些?

變壓器

1960年以來,世界電力行業已廣泛使用色譜分析和變壓器油中各種故障氣體的多種比率,TD圖和其他判斷方法,為安全有效地運行電力部門提供重要依據。國內外的生產前監測方法主要有氣相色譜法(油色譜)和光聲光普法。

氣相色譜法:使shi用yong氣qi相xiang色se譜pu法fa及ji時shi分fen析xi變bian壓ya器qi油you中zhong的de溶rong解jie氣qi體ti。電dian力li係xi統tong需xu要yao定ding期qi測ce試shi是shi一yi項xiang重zhong要yao的de實shi驗yan檢jian查zha項xiang目mu。氣qi相xiang色se譜pu法fa在zai變bian壓ya器qi油you氣qi檢jian測ce中zhong的de應ying用yong簡jian單dan,可ke靠kao,易yi於yu操cao作zuo。

光聲光普法:利用光聲光譜技術實現變壓器油中故障氣體的監測。光聲光譜是基於光聲效應的一種光譜技術。光聲效應是由分子吸收電磁輻射(如紅外線等)而er造zao成cheng。氣qi體ti吸xi收shou一yi定ding量liang電dian磁ci輻fu射she後hou其qi溫wen度du也ye相xiang應ying升sheng高gao,但dan隨sui即ji以yi釋shi放fang熱re能neng的de方fang式shi退tui激ji,釋shi放fang出chu的de熱re量liang則ze使shi氣qi體ti及ji周zhou圍wei介jie質zhi產chan生sheng壓ya力li波bo動dong。若ruo將jiang氣qi體ti密mi封feng於yu容rong器qi內nei,氣qi體ti溫wen度du升sheng高gao則ze產chan生sheng成cheng比bi例li的de壓ya力li波bo。監jian測ce壓ya力li波bo的de強qiang度du可ke以yi測ce量liang密mi閉bi容rong器qi內nei氣qi體ti的de濃nong度du。 

但是,目前監測變壓器油中溶解氣體的另一個困難在於:

1.故障氣體很小,一般是幾個到幾十個μL/L;

2.故障氣體中幾種氣體的性質比較接近,交叉影響較大;yinci,shiyongshidangdejiancefangfashizaixianjiankongjishudeguanjian。jinnianlai,xiandaidianligongyedefazhanjishuqudelezhidetisheng。guoneiwaidaxingdianlibumendeyingyongzhengming,zaixianjiancejishukeyichongfenliyongdianlishebei,tigaoxiaolv,yanchangshiyongshouming,jiangdiyunweichengben。
